How do I submit a reservation?
Once you create a user account for yourself, select 'Reservations' on the left and then click on 'New Request' to bring up the Booking Request form. On this form simply fill out your itinerary information and press 'Submit Request'.

How do I create a user account?
Click on the 'Personal' or 'Corporate' link on the page and fill out the simple form. At a minimum you will need your firstname, lastname, email address.

What is a Corporate Account?
A Corporate Account can be created by any valid user. It allows a single user to manage reporting and invoicing for a group of users and their reservation activities. Multiple users are allowed to subscribe to a given corporate account and use it's billing approved status to schedule and invoice all of their reservations.

How will I know the cost of my trip?
At this time we are still working on publishing our prices. If you are new to us and not familiar with our pricing please contact us via our contact page or call us and we'll provide you with all of the information you need.

Once I submit a reservation will I get a confirmation number?
Your reservation request will be reviewed then confirmed. Depending upon how you have set up your user preferences you will receive the confirmation notice and number via email, phone, or fax.

Can I change a reservation once I submit it?
Yes. Through this site you can change a reservation request and we will be notified immediately.

Are receipts or invoices available through this site?
Yes. Within the Reservations section you can view invoices as well as past reservations.
